We got reached out by RD Homes, a custom home builder for this new construction in the heart of Kirkland Downtown. We wanted to give this spec home a custom look by adding special finishing touches through out the house. We opted for a custom metal fabricated hood, Reclaimed wood open shelving and custom two tone cabinets in the Kitchen. For the living room we selected a custom concrete floating shelf with storage cabinets below. Custom metal fabricated fireplace. For the powder room we selected a statement tile to make a big impact. All lighting fixtures were selected thoughtfully to create the ambience and aesthetic fit for a modern home.
