A new built spec home project that we finished with all custom materials and finishes. We gave this modern home a fresh new perspective to sit above standards in the market. The house is in the heart of Kirkland downtown and was sold in days being on the market for its aesthetically pleasing and stand out looks. We designed this home from ground up and thoughtfully selected all the interior and exterior finishes. We then partially staged the house for sale.
